Lee Ho-jung debuted as a model in 2012 and only a year later won the Rookie of the Year Award at the 2013 Fashion Photographers’ Night. She then made her acting debut in 2016 with a small role in the SBS sageuk Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo. That same year, she played a supporting character in the MBC melodrama Night Light. In 2017, she landed her first big screen appearance in the action-comedy film Midnight Runners. In 2018, she starred in the web series Flower Ever After and then appeared in the SBS drama Let Me Introduce Her. In 2019, she became part of the action-war film The Battle of Jangsari. In 2021, she joined the cast of the JTBC romance drama Nevertheless.

Lee Ho-jung attended the Fashion Model Department of Hanlim Entertainment Arts High School.
