Lee Yoo-jin made his screen debut in the 2013 MBC sageuk Goddess of Fire Jung-yi. He then appeared in OCN’s Dr. Frost in 2014 and in tvN’s Twenty Again in 2015. In 2016, he joined the action-crime film Derailed. In 2017, he acted alongside Yoon Je-moon and Jung So-min in the comedy film Daddy You, Daughter Me. That same year, he became part of the second season of the JTBC series Age of Youth. In 2019, he was cast as Chun Woo-hee’s ex-boyfriend in Be Melodramatic, which also aired on JTBC. In 2020, he played one of the main characters in the SBS drama Do You Like Brahms. In 2021, he portrayed a genius music producer in JTBC’S Idol: The Coup.


Lee Yoo-jin’s father Lee Hyo-jung and uncle Lee Ki-young are also actors.
