Oh Hee-joon debuted as an actor in the 2005 film Antarctic Journal. He spent the next years playing minor characters in numerous movies and TV series. His breakthrough came in 2013 when he landed a more significant role in the indie film Ingtoogi: The Battle of Internet Trolls. In 2014, he had appearances in the films Socialphobia and Fatal Intuition. In 2016, he was cast in a number of TV series such as tvN’s Cheese in the Trap and OCN’s Vampire Detective. In 2017, he became part of the hit fantasy action film Along with the Gods: The Two Worlds as well as its sequel, which was released the following year. In 2019, he acted alongside Ma Dong-seok, Kim Mu-yeol, and Kim Sung-kyu in the action-thriller movie The Gangster, the Cop, the Devil. In 2020, he portrayed one of the main characters in the KBS2 drama How to Buy a Friend. In 2022, he joined the popular Netflix zombie series All of Us Are Dead.
