Park Kyu-young got scouted by JYP Entertainment in 2015 through a college magazine. She made her acting debut in a music video in 2016 and went on the star in supporting roles in various dramas such as Solomon’s Perjury and Romance Is a Bonus Book. In 2018, she debuted in the big screen through the film Wretches. In 2020, she became part of the main cast of the hit tvN romantic comedy It’s Okay to Not Be Okay. That same year, she appeared in Netflix’s apocalyptic horror series Sweet Home. She scored a Best New Actress for TV nomination at the 57th Baeksang Arts Awards for her work in the series. In 2021, she landed her first leading role in the KBS2 romantic comedy Dal-li and Gamjatang.


Park Kyu-young graduated from the prestigious Yonsei University under the Department of Clothing and Textiles. She is also into ballet dancing.
