Roh Yoon-seo started out as a cosmetics model in 2018 before debuting as an actress in 2022 with tvN’s Our Blues, where she played a pregnant high school student. Her performance in the series won her the Rising Star Award at the 2022 Busan International Film Festival with Marie Claire Asia Star Awards. It also gave her a Best New Actress nomination at the 8th APAN Star Awards. Later in 2022, she starred in the romance drama film 20th Century Girl, which debuted at No. 2 on Netflix’s Top 10 non-English language film chart. In 2023, she joined Jeon Do-yeon and Jung Kyung-ho in the tvN romantic comedy Crash Course in Romance.
