Seo Ye-hwa began her career as a musical actress before landing her first screen role in the 2014 tvN series Flower Grandpa Investigation Unit. In 2017, she joined the KBS2 workplace comedy Chief Kim. In 2018, she appeared in the tvN legal-action drama Lawless Attorney. This was followed by a supporting role in another tvN series called Her Private Life in 2019. In 2020, she became part of Netflix’s Extracurricular and SBS’s Backstreet Rookie. Her performance in the latter earned her a Best New Actress nomination at the SBS Drama Awards. In 2021, she acted alongside Song Joong-ki and Jeon Yeo-bin in the hit tvN series Vincenzo.
