Sohn Yeo-eun debuted as an actress in the 2003 SBS series Near to You. In 2007, she was nominated for Best Actress in a One-Act/Special/Short Drama at the KBS Drama Awards for her work in two separate episodes of Drama City and HDTV Literature. In 2014, she became part of the SBS weekend drama Thrice Married Woman, which earned her a Best New Actress for TV nomination at the 50th Baeksang Arts Awards. In 2015, she was nominated for Best Supporting Actress at the KBS Drama Awards for her performance in the family drama All About My Mom. In 2016, she starred in a KBS Drama Special episode, which earned her a nomination for Best Actress in a One-Act/Special/Short Drama at the KBS Drama Awards. In 2017, she bagged an Excellence Award at the SBS Drama Awards for Band of Sisters. In 2018, she played the wife of Jang Hyuk’s character in Bad Papa, which gave her a Top Excellence Award nomination at the MBC Drama Awards.
