Yang Hye-ji made her acting debut in 2016 through Naver’s Secret Crushes: Season 2. She reprised her role in Secret Crushes: Season 3 and Secret Crushes: Special Edition, which both aired in 2017. In 2018, she had appearances in MBC’s Wealthy Son and Olive’s Eun-joo’s Room. In 2019, she starred in the web series Falling in Love, opposite Sohn Sang-yeon. In 2020, she became part of the JTBC drama I’ll Find You on a Beautiful Day, where she played the first love of Lee Jae-wook’s character. Later in 2020, she bagged one of the main roles in the JTBC coming-of-age series Live On. In 2021, she joined the main cast of JTBC’s Nevertheless.
Yang Hye-ji attended Sungkyunkwan University. She is the niece of veteran actor Ahn Nae-sang.
