Be Melodramatic was such a heartwarming, self-aware show that made me laugh and cry. It was my get away during the w-e. I think I definitely loved it more than Age of Youth. The humour was SO META. Also, my fave quote of ep16:

    Can’t believe we’ve got another case of the Gong Myung curse but I really liked what the show did with the stories of these two so it’s all good.

    This, and Age of Youth, are gems.

        Glad that it’s open ended. Even if he gets back or not with his ex, they have better understanding of each other now (the way they dealt with each other was toxic). I hope they just become good friends after that BUT WE NEED A SECOND SEASON TO KNOW, RIGHT!?

          I like how it ended. Without a second season. But wait, as Im writing this I want more of Eun Jung and the CF director. And HanJoo and her son. And her new boyfriend. and JinJoo’s ex with a new girlfriend. I just feel like Jinjoo and the director came full circle in this story.

            Yes, Jin-joo and Beom-soo’s story is pretty much done. I liked how it ended and I love them so much.

            A second season would be great and I wouldn’t mind if we don’t get all of the OG cast. Maybe people working on a different field. Or maybe a different drama by the same team. 🙁 #NoToGONGMYUNGCURSE
