One of the perks of living near the smallest library within a larger interlibrary loan system is that they are not required to add their new releases to the pool from which the countywide holds are taken. (This is to ensure their shelves are not perpetually bare). So I almost always can get the new releases on the day they come out.
So it is now in my grubby paws, and I’m looking forward to reading it.
