Beanie level: Water maid

Went to a hike to the volcano’s crater for our geology class.
What a nice much-needed break to cure me from missing Misty .
By the way, my writer friend said that there could’ve been no other way to finish that drama off besides that ending.

Points to ponder:

Even the kindest person can turn into a cold-hearted person.
Even if you’re madly in love, you should never think with your heart but with your brain.
If your happiness is in someone else’s hands you’re rooting for conditional happiness. If they leave you, you will end up all alone, sad, depressed, hopeless and even suicidal. No one on this planet should control your happiness other than yourself.

Just finished watching the Ending
I can’t actually find the right words on what to say.
Instead, I will write what my fellow Soompier said about it :
” No silver lining, no glimmer of hope not even a real sense of total closure…
Somehow there are not enough words to express the heartache of what could of been yet will never be.   ”

    I don’t mind when dramas end in a hopeless, bitter note, even when they’re definitely not my cup of tea, if it makes sense… but in this case it felt as if the writer decided to go that way completely out of the blue and for no other reason than to shock the audience/fulfill the melo quota…

      I was so shocked with the ending. I was so hopeful of it before. What really bothered me is that it seems to imply that women shouldn’t seek success and happiness because they will only bring heartache and disappointment in the end. Many (korean) articles have been popping out since this drama ended. Nobody seems to like what the writer wanted to show at the end.

    This OST and Don’t Cry are my favorites. I’m also asking myself – how do I get to move on from this drama? I guess only time can tell. I said before that I was gonna check out only the 1st Ep & see what happens. I ended up watching every available episode. Just so good.

    He is wearing black on black and sitting in the dark. I can’t even with the symbolism. Here’s hoping they redeem him somehow and they end up together. We have come too far for them to just break up now.
