Yes to Kang So-ra! Especially because this writer/PD team seem to do female characters well.

I mean, I like Siwon too, but I really need Kang So-ra to do something that removes her Warm and Cozy taint in my memory. She was actually good in that (though this character seems similar?) but the drama itself was all over the place and had made me question my Hong sisters love.

Great PD, good writer and awesome two main leads casting (if confirmed). Looking forward to this drama.

But WOW, this is an attractive pair. I smell a second lead in the copper spoon character though. And yeah, the character descriptions are a little uninspired... but maybe it'll work out? I'm kinda wary of the PD after Introverted Boss tbh, even if OHYA was one of my faves.

Oh man, I love the idea of this pair so very, very much. Siwon is always gold and Kang Sora has been so misused since Misaeng that I'd love for her to really have a decent role.

Very familiar set-up but I hope the story somehow gives a fresh take or deliver with sincerity. I like these two and I miss them in kdramaland.

Kang So Ra is going to film a movie but I don't know when. I hope there's no schedule conflict so she can accept this role. She made me like her character in Warm and Cozy so I believe she will bring something more to it.

i can get into this... i like the pairing, i can see them working together quite well. i'm so glad that Siwon's role in She Was Pretty had such a long-lasting effect, that it hardly seems like he's been gone for almost 2 years...

So my friend told me about this, and I straight away log in into DB no matter how busy I am. My GOD!! It's Siwon!!!!!! Thank you God, thank you. I've missed him so much ever since he enlisted, but now I can't wait for him to come back!! I'm so excited! He's my no 2 oppa that I'd a crush on (when I first into kpop wold) after Jaejoong. I wasn't that interested in the story since the last post about this drama, BUT if the leads are
- SiWon , wow can't believe it's almost been two years since She Was Pretty, he was awesome , playful and so funny in it
- and Kang So Ra I loved her in Misaeng, she can play "candy" on another level w/o us fearing a blank character
then I'm in for sure :) !

I'm on board with this. I adore Kang So Ra and have full confidence that the writer would give her character reliability and complexity. I hope Siwon would get to be quirky since I think that's what he does best. Fingers crossed that they both accept.

Great news, javabeans! I loved Siwon's performances in HYANGDAN and SHE WAS PRETTY. Keeping my fingers crossed that his comeback from the service is a blast and a half. ;-)

Omg this is the best news ever! I've pretty much loved Siwon in every single role he has played be it a spoilt foot actor in King of Dramas or the goofy buddy in She was Pretty. Although the latter did rip a whole in my Heart and left me crippled with second lead syndrome! ? He has a way of infusing his characters with his own brand of charm and makes even 2-D characters interesting. This would totally be an awesome comeback project for him and I hope he decides to take it.

OMG finally something I will look forward to! Siwon is hilarious in She Was Pretty and he sure as heck will be hilarious too to play another undercover chaebol. Kang Sora is <3!

Best casting news yet! Si won was hilarious in she was pretty and king of drama. I have always had a soft spot for Kang Sora, she was super in Miseng. Hopefully they say yes!:)

While the plot has all the clishe plots(i bet there are more included) with one that i started to kinda hate aka the dirt poor famous Candy that smiles 24/7 it does matter more how it's delivered and while may focus in the PD i'm more as main the writer so hope we'll get a breey light heartwarming story and having this two as main it will be a major Thumbs UP(Dabong!)...Also i miss Siwon badly!!!

I hope this can be another hit for Kang Sora, she's one of my favs and its been saddening to not see her in the spotlight for so long. The Hong Sister drama is one that shall not be named lol I can see this being a typical kdrama but Siwon isn't bad and you know you can always rely on Kang Sora's acting chops.

This couple should be a hit, hope the writing is worthy.

And even luff the tropes. I could happily watch candy dramas every day of the week. And moving the plot using tropes and insanely wacky coincidences is okey-dokey with me. Noble idiocy?...throw some in if it makes sense from the perspective of the character's values. Even an inconsistency or nine is ok.

Just don't move the plot or build conflict by having the characters make nonsensical choices. *? Seven Day Queen ep.16*. That's the only thing that truly drives me batty.

Siwon is so hilarious. I was just so blown away by his performance in She Was Pretty I think he stole the show. I will watch any sort of romcom he does at this point, I have that much confidence in him.
