I’m sure that there are people loving some of the main characters. I’d say a few of the minor character are likable and we get far too little of them.

Not really. Everyone likeable ends up doing something where you raise your eyebrows.
Now if grey characters are to your liking maybe they’re likeable, but if by the last episodes the only one that elicited any flicker of emotion from me was the OG bad guy, then what does that say about the mcs? 😏
