WOW! I’m so envious.. I hope you eat a lot of street food. (Including pork ear and tongue and beef eye! ) Those are the food I recently learned from dramas. Give me your opinion after you try it. Or maybe you’ve already tried it… At any rate I’ve been asking around about how it tastes.

I had a pig’s ear sandwich once. Not from Subway!

LOL! From where did you buy it? Did it taste good?

It was years ago in a cafe in northern Spain! It tasted of pork but it was crunchy. It was only while I was eating that I worked out what it was. Lol.

It was in a cafe in Burgos I think. There was a pot bubbling away behind the counter and a sign saying “Hay oreja” My Spanish is very limited and I might not have chosen it if I’d realised what it was but then it is good to try new things! It was definitely crunchy (cartilage I suppose) though and I suddenly thought of the French word for ear (oreille)!

Hee, I don’t have the urge to try those because they’re available in the Philippines. Hahaha!

Oh… Now I badly want to eat those! How about the drinking culture in Philippines? Are women allowed to drink… like openly? Here in my country women do drink, but it is considered bad. And, not many women drink either, say about… 5% from the women’s population?

Hmm, well, women can drink and most of my female friends do. After all, I’m a drinker myself. Haha! But there’s still a bit of judgment for those who do, being a “wild girl” or what but who cares. I love drinking so I drink. Where do you live right now, btw?

I live in Sri Lanka and as you might already know, we’re not that westernized. I don’t think it’ll be much of a problem if you drink around colombo, but still it is heavily criticized.
