*I dont know the title of the (chinese?) theme song playing on the background during this Karate Kid’s 😜 scene but i think i’ve heard it before.. somewhere.. must be an action movie theme song*
but WHATS WITH LINCOLN being an Indian? 😭 This guy really messed up his history classes or he misread the workbook given by Soo jung
He’s just the worst student in class and mixed up his history while trying to look cool. 😂 Don’t worry, someone calls him out on Lincoln being from India.
LOL Boksoo was lucky to have Soo jung.. i guess it is typical in kdramaland but in my world 😜 Boksoo can only dream to be in the same class with her because private schools are for the nobles, the riches and the expats .. and that most private school students are genius.
Episodes 3-4 had less comedy than 1-2 so I’m not yet sure about the overall tone of the drama, but if it manages to combine whacky humour with deeper school issues I will definitely keep watching.
The main villain appeared in ep 3-4 – which contribute to the dark tone .. yup i hope the humour will return once he finds a suitable corner within the school and plans his revenge (with her?)
The Chinese song is from an old Hong Kong movie which the Koreans seem to love. The name of the movie is called A Better Tomorrow. The song is called The Sentimental Past sung by the late Leslie Cheung.
