I like it more than 4D but still not as much as AIIYL. The marching band theme has a lot going for it.

    I give up Sico. I think outside of Yoongi’s music and a few random songs here and there, we don’t have anything in common re music tastes. 🤣 If I like you won’t; and if you like it, I won’t. That’s the norm. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

      LMAO. Well, do YOU like 4D?
      (Because really I only compared this to other BP songs. It’s not as catchy (yet), and I still think Boombayah was a very strong debut that they haven’t really topped, and AIIYL and Stay are still my favourite BP songs. But I’m gonna listen to the album tomorrow and see if I still “like” it on second listen lol)
      And idk, we have more than a few songs in common we both like… It’s just we have a lot that’s not in common at all hehehe.

        Blackpink’s music isn’t to my style. I’m not saying its bad or anything (though in my view, this song is only average. I apologize sincerely to any Blinks that may read my comment), but for the most part, BP’s sound doesn’t appeal to me.

          My friend sent this MV to me and I replied back “Eh” and she was like “Eh???? Um okay I love you but you’re so wrong” LOL.

          Everything BP does looks and sounds the same to me tbh.

            LOL 😀 well, the heart of a fan. They’re definitely a distinct sound.
            Mostly I think YG is doing them dirty by giving them so few songs spaced so far apart. With a larger discography there’d be songs for pretty much everyone.

          Truthfully? BP is like my Taylor Swift of KPop. That is, a guilty pleasure. And sometimes circumstances arise where I can only listen to Blank Space/Boombayah on repeat because it helps me write or … something.
          I like what Blackpink tries to do musically at least. I still prefer 2NE1 and 4minute but I can enjoy the odd BP song. Can’t listen to Whistle tho. It annoys me. Hahaha

          Also you know, considering the fact that we have both very broad music tastes, I think saying we dont have anything common in music tastes is a bit much. Maybe not mainstream K-pop wise we don’t, but then I don’t know anyone who likes all the same music as me. (They’d be a government spy if they did).
