    I think that is sorta their selling point for the revolving door. You can shop and get fit! For older people, they just need to bring their family along, I guess. Sort of like family exercise. Lol.

      Yep. Remember a episode back when a news program was there and they interviewed one of ahjummas by the door and she said their group does the door instead of walking. Mi ran was in her tracksuit with them doing it.
