AK's strength is def wedding gowns..I would totally wear either of the white gowns for wedding.

The other colors (red and black and pink) would also do as wedding gowns...the trend nowadays is to use non-white themes for weddings after all.

The blue and orange foofera is odd tho...i can think of no practical use for them....except maybe keeping warm as u rule over your Arctic kingdom...

Kim Joon looks HOT!!! For the first time ever, i think he looks so good... and the couple looks very cute together... i guess... we never see love match for this guy in BBF... and wanting to see him with a girl.. so I am very satisfied.... regardless of the clothes... but i do like his black suit...

ohh and btw... where does this designer get his money to play around like that with the same dress over and over again... the golden and blue outfits are ridiculously ugly and no one in this world will wear that outfit for any occation... except for himself...

Andre Kim has been a staple of Korean fashion for maybe 4 decades, and he deserves a ton of respect for what he has accomplished and for the beauty and culture he has brought to Korea.

And while he does have a rather fixed signature stylistic element to his shows and color palette, I'm not sure if that makes him any different from many of icons of the fashion world, at least in terms of having unique flavor, if that makes any sense. That's his "thing." You can dislike the style, you can dislike the colors, and the off-the-wall looks, but you should not disrespect the man.

For those who have been "shocked" once or twice or more by an Andre Kim show, perhaps it becomes old hat and the effect is lessened or even eliminated. But when everone else seems to be in shimmer greys/blacks and the same designs are floated with only labels and fabrics being rotated, I think the overall effect of an Andre Kim show is still there for everyone to gawk at. And, there are always the newcomers who are just floored by what they see - they come to see an unconventional fantasy experience and that's exactly what they get.

And whether it is the first time or the 20th time, it is still is a great show headlined by beautiful people who are more than just superficial beauty, and it still sends a bit of tingle down your back in a visual orgy sort of way. My one concern is with Jang Nara and I wonder how she feels about being dressed up like a doll. As long as she was totally fine with it, then it's all good I guess. More power to her.

Still, they do look so cute together, and I like the 'fore head kiss' picture, it's cutee. I liked her dress there... I think. It's not a very close picture, so who knows what wacky details that outfit could have. The designer looks really creepy too.

Do the Koreans highly regard Andre Kim as a top fashion designer or do they think he sucks? I can't stand the repetitive act of bride/groom running toward each other, embrace, and a kiss on the forehead. Having said that, I do like the vibrant colors and the make up.

This new collection looks similar to one a few years ago when Gu Hye Sun and Go Joo Won modeled while they were filming "King and I" together.

Poor Kim Joon, I find him hunching all the time in order to pose beside petite JNR. But he is definitely a charm. I hope he has got his fan club like the other boys.

So, if Andre Kim's pick of model represents a gauge of the rising popularity of the star, I am very happy. Does it mean Joon is going to be hot star like PSH or Lee Junki? His face is very photogenic.

I wonder if celebrities actually look forward for a chance to be in one of Andre Kim's fashion shows... Like you know you're famous if you're being 'married' to a gorgeous other half by an alien wearing things you'd never see any humans wear out! It must be on the list of things to do if you're a star...

Jang Nara looks lovely here. I dig Kim Joon's intensity but his expressions are a wee bit scary or maybe that's just his face....

I was going to say I kind of like the black outfits and then I noticed her corset and the teardrop-shaped crystal-like thingies that remind me of my grandmothers' dusty ceiling lamp. So, um, cancel the "I kind of like". LOL

Anyway, one might like or dislike his clothes, but the posts about his shows always get a lot of comments. ^_^

I don't hate it but I do find the designs repetitive. There is a strong element of fantasy/ cosplaying. i do wonder if people buy this stuff and how he makes the money to do this year after year.

If anything he should be designing for movies. I could totally see him designing Queen Amidala's outfit or maybe even Scarlet's green curtain dress.

Everytime I see Andre Kim's face I giggle in nervous laughter because he creeps me out. I would never want to see him in person. He is SCARY...more creepy than scary though.

I am hoping to see Kim Joon's career take off even more. I love my Kim Bum and Min-Ho but there is something about Joon that stays with you...should I say he has a calming and serene feeling when I watch him and I can't help but smile.

I burst into laughter over the last two outfits the yellow and blue pieces. Umm....this is why I can never understand the "fashion world" I don't think his exists in this galaxy.

At this point, I think it's a nationalist thing with Andre Kim. Like he's "The Nation's Designer" and Lee Hyori and MC Yoo are "The Nation's Siblings."

The first time I saw his work I thought it was breathtakingly gorgeous and lo these many years later, although it's the same damn designs, it's still gorgeous.

I always wondered who would wear those designs in the private sector and I can't imagine anyone does. However, I was watching some period fusion, comedy fight movie and at the end, the bad guy and his unwilling intended bride were wearing Andre Kim designs and it was the perfect costume.

I say hats off to the man... old hat though he may be.

Do people really take Andre Kim seriously in Korea...or is he someone that people poke fun of? yeah, I remember watching that show in 2005, 2006. Kim Hyun Joong looked so young, like an angel in that show. The concept, style,..almost everything are just the same.

Well if you going to have a “Korean fashion” show in Shanghai Jang Nara would have to one of your first picks as she arguably the most famous Korean known in China these days, and of course Boys with Flowers is the drama of the moment.
Jang Nara been a model almost since day one and can look stunning when she wishes to, though for those more used to her 'girl next door, little sister look' may have come as a surprise. Of course she may be three years older than him but you would only know it be looking up their ages.

I totally thought Kim Joon was standing with Son Yejin in the first picture...--;;;;...and the sad thing is, it took me a while to figure that--duh!--it wasn't her.

I didn't even recognize Jang Nara until I read the description, but she and Kim Joon do look pretty HAWT together. This is actually pretty interesting, because I've never really seen pictures from an Andre Kim show before. it is make-up and how she holds her head plus she does have very! good skin and completion , though her face has gotten a lot shaper more defined from say her 2005 days, but that simply getting older, like now she has breasts!..lol same reason girl closes in on 30 they have often have a last growth spurt and get..well rounder. She is an experienced model having been one off and on since her high school days and knows how to do the 'poise' to look her best when called for, it is just as she naturally cute it can come as a surprise to some when she puts on her elegant lady look.
