Just a friendly heads-up to everyone who’s in the New York area (or planning to be this week): Our first-ever Dramabeans Meetup is this Thursday night. So drop by for a drink (or not, no pressure), chat with fellow Beanies, ask us questions and play drama trivia!

My Co-worker was actually talking to me about this. I want to go soo badly (boo) but exams are coming up! I'm so glad I checked back on this site to see this though; I've been taking a loooong break from dramabeans (okay, does ~6 months count?) so it's great to see things are still lively :)

NYC has various shopping areas. Union Square (near where we will be meeting) is chock full of places to shop. There's Herald Square. There's Times Square (total tourist trap). You may want to go to http://nyc.gov and look up shopping. Or you can google "shopping near ____" and put in the address of the place, or the address of where you'll be staying.

most of the huge malls that I know are in Queens. (no seriously, there are 3 malls near where I live...) but tourist-y like places, 5th ave is a must, herald square is pretty good also.
