I've only seen a few kdrama comedies, Gaus Electronics is the first one to prove true to the end what it is - a comedy at heart and mind. And it never for once lost its steam be in in-between or the end.

Certain types of comedy are an acquired taste and Gaus Electronics is not an example of a mainstream comedy. I struggled to make it past the extreme boundary pushing and nearly dropped it part way through episode one. However, by episode two I understand where it was coming from and by episodes three I was a fan. The characters and activities of the team are exaggerated examples of daily life for office workers, everywhere. If this is your type of humour, you will love it, there are lots of laugh out loud moments every episode and you will love getting to know the characters.

I give it a rating of 8 stars.

My ratings: ❤ (heart emoji) /10

Never a dull moment and with each episode capped at 45 minutes makes it a good watch for the times when you need a break from the stressful life. Acting as well as writing was remarkable and drama stayed true to its "comedy" classification.

Just started watching this week and now on episode 10. First show I’ve binged without skipping any parts in a long time. Literally a laugh a minute, great leads and hilarious supporting characters.

10/10 💚

Light.
Sweet.
Funny as hell but never stupid.
It's own thing.

I would insert Lady Gaga listing positive adjectives meme if I could.

If you are looking for something truly funny, easy-breezy, which does not take itself too seriously, this is it! I have laughed out loud at every episode. The acting was great, the writing too, never a dull moment! No particular lessons were learned, but it was a great way to show how the bonds between co-workers can become family and how because we spend so much of our time at the office, we have to make the best of it.

Agree with all other comments. Light and easy on the system. Every episode did not fail in landing at least one gut-bursting comedy scene. All characters were great. I want to see more of Aziz (but that is my bias...). I know we won't get a second season but it was consistent, funny and charming.

🤣The actor playing Aziz had a bit part on Unicorn where one of the staff had a bias and assumed he worked in the IT department. He was a contractor doing work in the building and just happened to be in the room on the two separate occasions when they came in. Hopefully this means we will see more of him in other dramas.

I didn't get past the first episode initially but based on other beanies' reviews, I gave it another shot. Once past the "tying up" episode (I can't remember which), I really loved it! Although this is an office comedy, I enjoyed the romance between the leads. And of course, Aziz just made every episode better.

Gaus Electronics just works.

Sometimes the humor is broad and predictable, but you'll laugh at least once every episode, I promise.

The actors clearly enjoyed themselves immensely, and for me, that was also a big draw.

If you like your comedies with a side of romance, you won't be disappointed on that front, either.

And I defy anyone to dislike Aziz. Watch the show for him alone.

I would recommend this for those days when you want something silly and heartwarming to watch that won't make you feel stupid.

Laugh out loud viewing! Can't help but wish for season 2, that's how good it was 😀

If you have 45 minutes & simply wants to be entertained with office shenanigans, fast-paced storytelling & lots of unforgettable characters, stop reading this review & hit play 😉
