Flower of Evil Ep 13 is so disappointing. Ji Won’s character decisions/train of thought now are making no sense to me based on her prior behaviour when she was investigating Hyun Soo.. Such a let down

Ohhh my gosh wtf happened in those last 15 minutes. I don’t know what to think anymore, nothing is making sense.

Oh my! Last night I left off episode 13 with about half to go. Now I am forewarned.

    The least favorite ep! Sigh
The only scenes I loved were the ones with Eun Ha. She is soOo cute..

Totally agree, she is a little ray of sunshine! I am hoping this is a ruse as some others say and the next episode gives us more clarity, still holding onto hope!!

My eyes began rolling on episode 11, tbh.
I confess I was playing with my tablet while “watching” because I felt so embarrassed about what was happening, because it didn’t make sense. Hyun Soo and Ji Won are making decisions and acting so out of character.
I just keep repeating to myself: only three episodes left before it all ends, the baddies are in jail, we have Baek mum redemption and Baek dad and son punishment, MiSook recovers her memories in time to say goodbye to her dying husband, HaeSoo and MooJin get married and the new Do family moves to the country to start a new life now they are going to give Eun Ha a little brother or sister… did I miss anything?

Not a bad wrap up but it still leaves little Eun Ha to learn later on that her grandfather was a psycho serial killer.

Well, they had to tell her that grandad was a psycho, that dad impersonated for years another person who happened to be another psycho and her real grandad accomplice, and that the persons she thought were grandad and grandma were really a couple of psycho who planned to kill her real dad.
You are right, she’s going to need some therapy.

Lol @eazal. You have a knack for ‘cutting to the chase‘.

And I forgot: Auntie killed a man who was tormenting daddy by doing exorcism to them, and daddy decided it was better for him to take the blame because the man deserved it, and uncle has a video of something happening in Psycho grandad Do basement and never showed it to anyone, even if it could have prevented someone’s death.
And mummy found out all this, and even if she’s a cop, she hid it.
Lots and lots and lots of therapy.
I just hope they’re not taking to the same hospital HyunSoo and Super Strong Coma Guy were being treated. It’s not like they’re aces on diagnosis, you know.

Totally agree @eazal, it started to feel especially makjang-like when the Baek family were discussing the maid aftermath, cringed a little but ignored it in favour of how great it was until recently. Obviously the drama requires some suspending of our sense of reality which was fine but now its just a bit like c’mon now 🙁

    it makes sense..
it is not that she believes he killed the maid, but she knows that if he doesnot come willingly, case will only go against him..

running away will further proof against his innocence

What’s happened is inevitable. It always looked like her belief in him kept him stable. Once he felt that even she had lost faith in him, all the “bad things” (which I’m deliberately not elaborating on), came rushing back. The whole thing about him is that he has always had the potential to be completely amoral. Her love and belief in him has kept the nightmare away. Her motive for wanting to do what she does, is for his safety as much as anything. His motive for doing what he does is to be able to safeguard his family. It all makes sense to me and I reckon you could see it coming.
