Does anyone purposely do not watch the final ep when it airs but rewatch the whole drama to give yourself sometime from the final episode and inevitable ending or are you normal?

I think I will wait until Wednesday when I knew I will have the two episodes and avoid the fan wall meanwhile because I don’t think my heart will cope with waiting one day for the final episode.
