        At this point, BI is not aware that So Bong knew that it was Cheoljong who tried to kill her. BI thought So Bong only knew that the king’s men tried to kill her, but not specifically the king himself as the assassin.

        So his actions are justified, as he is only trying to protect the naively in love (according to BI) So Yong from her cold-blooded assassin (according to BI) husband.

          Yes! His reasons for doing that are valid, the King did indeed try to harm SY after all (still one of the dumbest thing he did imo ><)

          Even though I understand him, I still find him annoying!! XD
          ..now it all depends on how much he's going to side with his evil dad; my hope is that he will realize SY's well-being is not exactly the Kim clan's first priority 👀

            I hope BI will get back to his senses and stop being a tool to his father. I see him as a man with sense of justice, so I foresee that he might (begrudgingly) join forces with the king soon. At least I hope so. I hope he redeemed himself because I don’t want him to end up like another stereotype stupid character who is blinded by jealousy

      This scene reminds me of the last scene in an Indian film, Devdas. In that film, the heroine is running towards the hero who is outside the gate and is in his dying breath when suddenly the door closed, separating them. He died a second after the door is closed

          I think so. It has been years since I watched that film. It has tragic ending, but the ending is so memorable
