cancel culture used to be called call out culture. and before that, it was being “too PC.” none of this is new and it’s utilized by capitalism and the ruling class to suppress. so i’ll start there. it’s not being a grey area, it just simply does not exist. what material conditions have come from canceling? and who has been losing their revenue because of it? it doesn’t exist. it’s called being human.

guys… this is their job. no, they did not sign up for pain but the public did not asked to look at them, the public is forced to. the public has a responsibility to take time for love and care. but i am sick of blaming reactions on the people as if the corporations and south korea itself doesn’t use its exports and creations as soft power. the me tuer of idols being blamed on the public instead of understanding the nuance. they NEED humans engagement and human beings can be mean. but not only does it get people to want that gross bullshit life, it gets people into it to work, and then gets people to flock to fame and exposure. the more we go on, the more we see wealthy people joining to be looked at (any industry.) so their pain has to be dealt with on a personal level, with regards to the public and what they are forced to watch, and how they are being exploited by their free will (in some cases) and not fighting their exploiter which IS NOT the public.
