Bakgoon has earned the reputation of being a sweetheart of Korean variety shows. He is loving towards his aunts and treats them to a packed day of sightseeing in Seoul. It’s their first visit to Seoul. Sang Min cooks them a gourmet meal (truly: steak with fois gras, truffles, and caviar). But when they arrive at Bakgoon’s tiny apartment room, the aunts can’t hold back their tears. The all miss his mom and feel bad for their nephew. Their tears made me cry just watching. It is endearing to see the family ties and bond between the aunts and Bakgoon. He is gentle, and says all the right things. But I agree with the aunts, Bakgoon must be lonely. ♥
