After I finally break down and use the ff button I am RUTHLESS. I think Personal Taste is maybe 1-2 eps too long and they rely WAY too heavily on the evil second lead, In-Hee.
At least Chang Ryul grew as a character (kind of–he does a lot of two steps forward seven steps back). They just doubled down on her being an evil villain for no reason at all.
And Gae-Ins fathers appearance in the second to last ep is something I can 100% do without. He barely knows his daughter he 100% doesnt know any of the players or her love interests and he storms in jumping to conclusions and all but promises her hand to Chang Ryul who–lest we forget–planned to marry the incredibly evil In-Hee without ever telling or breaking up with Gae-In! You sir are a pisspoor judge of character, a crappy dad, and a snappy dresser (but that doesnt excuse you).
And this noble idiocy business? Is NOT. O.K. grrr.
I need a spin off of Personal Taste where Director Choi meets his fella, gets married, adopts a bunch of babies and puppies and lices happily ever after.
