This is really complicated. When I watched Run On I swore I would choose the Dan-ah disastrous birthday party because it was perfect: we had the emotional tension of Mijoo and SeonGyeom, the guys fighting and rolling off the caffe, Dan-ah looking from the outside and the trunk door suddenly opening to release the balloons. It was funny, it was touching, it was perfect.
Then I thought about Vincenzo and all those scenes in which I couldn’t stop laughing: from the Pepper Company white board, to the trial scene, to the “Liberty leading the People”, or any scene with the Monks or the BBB company crew.
But I will stick to this one in You are my spring. Even if I didn’t choose as the best confession, because both DaJeong and YoungDo had already confessed their feelings to each other, this moment was just the moment they said “I love you” out loud. But it is the perfect timing, the realization of how they’ve found each other and closed the circle and how lots can be said just with your eyes. Because I am absolutely in love with them, this is it.
