Our Beloved Summer is certainly a drama I’ve been looking forward to but I have no idea what a beautiful piece it turns out to be. Six episodes in, the feel and the heartache are so real and deep.
I can’t recall the last romance drama that has the same spell on me. PWS and KDM are killing it. Love the sensual storytelling here to peel off one layer after another. We don’t know the real Yeon-su until her facade breaks in Ep 5. While Ung seems an open book but that breakup turns him to what he is now as we see in the epilogue in Ep 6. I tear up so many times in watching these latest episodes. Will rewatch while waiting for new episodes.
