My Only Dramabeans Suggestion to Kept Waiting to Be Approved Until Now
I still kept waiting for my only Dramabeans suggestion that yet to be approved until now: is to weecap or review the non-Korean K-Drama remakes.
As what I knew that Flower of Evil Filipino remake and even the Indian Flower of Evil remake (titled Duranga) are now recently or currently airing, I wish that some DB weecappers should do weecaps of this two remakes or just only a review after both had ended. When I saw on August 17, 2022 edition of Dramabeans News Bite that I saw the news about Duranga so I loved both remakes than original which I dropped this original after episode 5 and never rewatch it anymore.
Even the upcoming Start-Up Filipino remake which made me felt like I am totally loved this remake (and even the original too). I am also loved Filipino stars Bea Alonzo and Alden Richards as the main roles of this remake. I wish to pledge and I want to beg some DB weecappers to interest this before weecap this upcoming remake.
TL;DR: planned anticipating weecaps or reviews of non-Korean K-Drama remakes on Dramabeans

PS: My following suggestions want some DB weecappers/reviewers to be weecap or review (unless no availability angst):
(1) variety show Youth MT: Viki(?)
(2) Netflix film Seoul Vibes review
(3) Returning Student: A in School but F in Love
(4) upcoming KBS2 weekender Three Brave Siblings: Viki(?) (maybe should be a weecap or weekly open threads)

And one more thing, I am already invested with sitcom Unicorn so I do not think and I do not know if this should be the first ever Korean sitcom to be weecap on Dramabeans since I now suspected that Unicorn was in Currently Recapping… so lets find out who was Dramabeans weecaper behind this Korean sitcom. Is that @missvictrix? Or @daebakgrits? Or @unit? …or maybe a new Dramabeans weecapper?

I think its highly unlikely there will be content about non K drama on this site. It’s a bit like going to an Audi car showroom and asking why they don’t sell VW’s as they are part of the same conglomerate.

There was another post about non Korean drama weecaps and the labour intense nature of the task and the difficulties choosing which ones to cover. If you look at the last few weecaps on the Korean dramas being covered apart from the big hitters a lot have under 20 comments. The comments are not reflective of the number of people who read and lurk around the site but choose not to comment but it is the comments that keep people on the site and create a community feel.

I think people come on this site because the weecaps are for Korean dramas if they want weecaps on other dramas there are other sites that cover that. I also agree that the quality of the weecaps and the way this site is that means having them here would be great. However, the weecapers choose the dramas that are popular, available and that they want to watch. What they watch for pleasure may include very different content but they wouldn’t want to have to turn that into part of their job.
