I was very surprised by the real pathology department in Dr John. The circled machine is the same machine we have in my workplace, it’s a blood bank analyser. I just had to pause the show.

    It’s great to know that Kdrama production tried to imitate the real situation as much as they could! Without you telling this to us, I wouldn’t have known it.

      I think in this instance they may have filmed in an actual lab. It has the right sort of cramped feeling.
