Is the fall of the Northern Song dynasty the setting for a current C-drama?
No, but it was referenced in My Dearest, so I had to look it up. For some reason the name of the location is different in the subtitles, but all the other details mentioned in the drama check out, so it must be the same event.
It is the same incident. Injo was worried more about getting dragged to Qing, demoted, and eating dog food than saving his people or the people.
Oops, Jinkang (Chengjiang in the drama) does not refer to a location, but rather to a time period of a particular emperor’s reign.
