    Thanks for the closeup of this distinguished document! I couldn’t see it well enough on my screen to tell if it was gobbledygook or legit 😆 He’s such an odd character, looking forward to learning why he’d come back if he has to hide.

      If I understood right, the story suggested he left because he was chasing after some “blue eyed girl”, so maybe a foreigner?, so I’m speculating that they split, for whatever reason, and he decided to trudge back. Who knows. Haha

    LOL. Last night while watching episode 7 I freeze framed that image so I could read it. Great prop. With the appearance of Seok Jung the pot is really getting stirred. You caught the contemporary english being thrown in by this guy. It is almost like the writers decided to time slip in someone from the 21st century. Why not.

    Casting note. Surprising to discover who was playing Seok Jung. SJ is being played by the versatile Oh Eui-sik who I last saw in CRASH COURSE IN ROMANCE playing Hang-seon (Jeon Do-yeon)’s autistic brother Jae-woo (a memorable role).

      Yes I remember him from CCiR, but I remember him most in WFKBJ, where he was Bok-joo’s senior in the weightlifting team. Quite an anachronistic character, and I wonder what the writers are getting at with him. Or just some chap who’s travelled the world, and returned after he got tired of his wanderings.

      Also, while the prop is great, the handwriting is quite awful.
