I think he’s wrong because running away it’s not the solution. The power that his grandfather loves so much, in his case, is the truth, as long as he lies, he will always be afraid.
For Ah-Jung, what she agreed and what it’s happening are different. It became way bigger than the original idea of registering the mariage and going to the USA. But he didn’t lie to her and she accepted it, so I don’t think he’s selfish towards her. But I don’t think any of them understood the extent of what he asked of her.
One shouldn’t force others to come out.. they are not living in a society where they feel comfortable and if they choose to not come out they shouldn’t be judged on that

hmm .. don’t agree.. atleast in case of AJ it isn’t running away.. he can’t come out and wants a solution to the persisting marriage problem… everyone pressurizing.. even in real world people crib when their parents nag about marriage and it starts affecting them
regarding the bf – we don’t know the full backstory but where he is wrong is not giving his bf a closure (we don’t know if he actually did talk about it with him but ex was persistent in having his own way) rather than “running away”
There is no compulsion to come out; his fears are his fears and he needs to be comfortable and take life at his own pace
He has done nothing wrong to AJ. She made her own choices.
If anyone, he probably did wrong to his ex, but we don’t know the full story and he is running away from the responsibility of being a brother (not even elder brother)… he shouldn’t just abandon Ji han who is going through hsi own traumas
