    Why did it feel like she had an abortion? That’s the gist of what I got but also got confused when she cried but said ‘you don’t deserve to be sad’. If she lost the baby why not tell him?

      if it was an abortion it certainly wasn’t one she wanted at the time, Hae-in was obviously a happy and enthusiastic mother-to-be.

      I can’t imagine her terminating her pregnancy unless it was a threat to her life and Hyun-woo is hardly likely to hold that against her, he only moves out of their shared bedroom once she (in his mind) callously dismantles the baby’s nursery – the fact that they’re not having a baby anymore is not news to him in that scene.
