Well you most definitely are the best kind of publicist one can hope to have.

LOL Good to know that I can do and can be good at what I actually went to school and got a higher education for (Public Relations and Communications)

… And potentially?? New rumours are flying around today of him potentially participating in a Republican Era drama next. But as always with rumours, I take it with a bucket of salt. Maybe there will be a new ad campaign or some bts footage of some sort because he did just do a (pre-recorded) livestream earlier this week for one of his endorsements

Education and talent are quite often unrelated. You are a lucky one who’s got both. 😊

Aren’t “pre-recorded” and “livestream” contradictory words. But sounds fun.

New drama is best believed after official confirmation. Till then it would be great if it does work out.

Yea, I went school for that, and although my current job isn’t exactly a PR or Communications titled position (it’s actually more Admin.), lots of what I do still incorporate the skills I learned (ALL the emails, crisis management, HR dealings with people, etc. XD)

Right? I don’t know why his brands keep calling it a “livestream” when it’s pre-recorded XD Silly

Yea, I never believe nor trust in the casting rumours/melons his name get pulled in, no matter how many times his name gets pulled in (there was this one drama melon with Dilreba that also kept pulling his name in— I think it was done some 5 to 6 times over a course of a year-and-a-half) and will always wait for either XZ Studio to confirm, the production to confirm, or himself to confirm

Education always pays off. While I never thought / understood it while studying, in life circumstances and jobs we are often guided by what we have learned.

Most popular artists get lots of casting rumors. Sometimes as a strategy for them to sign on or just to publicize the project so that they can say A didn’t do the project so now B is doing it. This also creates unnecessary friction between the artists and pits them against each other in A vs. B scenarios.

Yea, a lot of people at the time were attacking Dilreba saying that she’s “desperate” and also attacking her team of people saying that they were using him for clout. I can sort of see why, since the rumour kept floating around and not only once or twice, but way more than that and for quite a long period of time, too

These kind of rumors can be rather disconcerting.
Even the recent dating fiascos involving Korean artists were sad rather than newsworthy and before one could blink comes the news that they have called off the relationships.

I agree, when a piece of news— be it about the artist’s personal life (like dating news) or their work (dramas, movies, endorsements, etc.)— goes deeper than necessary and digs into the artist’s character as a person, then that’s disconcerting, regardless if it’s true or not. It’s why I hold so dearly those who are willing to vouch for each other in the biz and the celebrities who have long-standing friendships and collaborations, because that at least helps me and gives hints to me to see and feel that the celebrity being vouched for and whom has these longstanding relationships is actually a good person (like Xiao Zhan) versus someone who’s shifty and has all this work but doesn’t have many who would vouch for their character as a person nor stand by them personally as a person because they are silently being seen as problematic (I can think of a few, but I will refrain from naming names 😅)

While show business is essentially seen as fake I disagree. Firstly on-screen emotions cannot be just “acted” out it needs something more than a training as an actor to emote. Secondly given the nature of the work true, genuine people are truly respected.
