Pet peeve, people saying You look better without glasses. on the rare times I don’t wear contacts. You know, if I can see, I won’t wear it, you precious unreal humans with 20/20 vision.
Exactly! Contacts are troublesome, so glasses it is. Glasses also have its down side for me since I don’t have a sharp nose, my glasses keeps on sliding down urgh😡 People with good eyesight are so lucky
Maybe they’re just not used seeing you bare faced. That was me when I was in college. Now that I’m working, I usually opt for contacts but when I wear glasses everyone’s like, Take it off, Take it off. Plus, I hate being asked what grade I wore. 😩
my school friend too!! but contact lens is a hassle. i mean you need to clean it up properly and you cant even wear it more than 8 hours or else your eyes become dry or bad thing could happen. im scarred by one of FB post. the OP almost become blind because she wear the lens too long.

For me it’s always the other way.. As soon as I remove my glasses my friend would say ” hurry and wear it again. You look so ugly without them! “

It’s scary to put on contacts but my glasses leave marks on my not to high-bridged nose and sides.
