I love him so much in this, I feel ridulously protective of him.

Same. Hence my adoption of him.

I’m glad, he needs all the help he can get. Stupid ye-na!

Wow, after finishing it I hate almost everyone, I might have sympathized( a tiny bit) with Ye-na since she was played for a fool if she hadn’t been a completely spoiled self absorbed brat since the beginnings. I haven’t wanted to slap a second lead this bad in a long time.

Mom is so much worse though,

I wanted her to be hiding badassery and secret agendas behind a stupid, clingy exterior.

Or. just growth and friendship and growing into her own.

Instead, we got a jerk. 🙄

Mom is worse. Definitely worse. Another reason for my adoption.

Exactly, Ye-Nas awareness/disgust of her father’s maneuvering bull****, made me hopeful at the beginning but nope she is the exact same with Shin as he is with the co. Like he’s a toy she must have irregardless of his thoughts or feelings, heck she should get mom to make her a Shin doll that says pretty things to her. Blech

I just loathe how this reflects on her brain and thinking. I cannot understand how a person rationalizes wanting to marry someone SO desperately to the point of trashing and bullying other people… especially with Human!Shin’s treatment of her. How messed-up is her self-esteem?

I know it’d be less frustrating if she had a reason for her weird thought processes. I mean how does any sane person believe that marrying someone is the guaranteed way for them to fall in love with you, and hey if they don’t oh well you still own them WTH. She can’t be sane -thats it. The whole “look the other way” policy on other women nasty, it would only be a matter of time before she started bumping off the competition

Yep.. On the other hand, as long as I’m not sympathizing with her anymore… I’m excited to see our Shinnamon break free and be his beautiful, sassy self to everyone – her included.

Yes! I’m so excited what next week will bring. It’s a pity that his “mom” can’t appreciate that his rebellions are all on the side of kindness and care of people. All she can see is that he’s not as easily controlled and therefore a threat. What a crappy role model she is tsk, tsk. But at least So-bong, Young-hoon and David are on his side. I hope someone rattles to David about the kill switch
