I can’t get over the skulls of sabertoothed cats (tigers I presume), did they find some prehistoric pet sementary or we are set to meet the living creatures soon.
Basically yes and they are adding their own twists to the original myth.
The bear tribes aka the Sarams aka humans seems to be the greedy baddies here and the tiger tribes becomes the Neanthals, the hunted and the more earthly with all kinds of magical abilities.

Sentimentally, I’m ok with that change because the humans in SK hunt their tigers to extinction.

I am too and I find it interesting like an update version of a 13th century myth or mindset.
