Exactly the same for me. It was around the turtle cave when I finally started getting addicted, and then around 20 when I got obsessed. But some of my favorite scenes were the ones that took place in the present timeline (though I did love the episode that lead up to his death, even if it was heartbreaking, it was all very well done).
I’m so glad you loved it! It’s definitely a drama that doesn’t let you go. Gives you such deep feels and emotions. I had to rewatch the last 5 minutes about 6x in a row because it impacted me emotionally so strongly. Definitely my favorite drama ever.
LOL… I think part of the getting out of it is to not let anyone start discussing The Untamed stuff with you. 😆 Sharing it with the community is going to do the opposite!

Untamed, Final.
To all the beanies who flooded the wall with Untamed pictures and gave me no choice but to watch my FIRST EVER 50 episoder, a Big THANK YOU to all.
I don’t have any words right now. Leaving you all with this picture. It sums up how I feel – Overwhelmed, yet content and a bit teary-eyed.
Warning: I will be going through all the Untamed beanie wall posts and you are going to be flooded with notifications. You have been warned!!

Sorry to budge in but if you are like the majority, you would be hurtling through the 2nd half i.e. the next 25 episodes.

I think I got a bit invested only after the cave/tortoise scene. And then it builds up from there. I think most oF my favorite episodes were after 30.
Enjoy watching.

Agree, that last few minutes is everything. In that one gaze Wei Wuxian declared his fierce love, longing, contentment for Lan Zhan.

This last scene is just so amazing. My heart skipped several beats after “Weiying”. I died and came back to life.
Next you should watch the bts and their interviews. You’ll fall even further into the addiction.
