Former Miss Korea (also Miss Universe finalist, classical musician and Seoul University-educated) Honey Lee recently posted up new photos in her mini-homepage taken in New York, which is attracting notice for the inclusion of two famous faces: ex-Fin.K.L. singer Ok Joo-hyun (above, with Honey Lee) and actress Kim Tae-hee (below).
Photos show the stars indulging in sweets and fondue at what Honey Lee calls “my favorite place in NY,” aka the famed Serendipity desserterie. (I hadn’t known Honey and Tae-hee were friends, but they do share the same alma mater.) Honey Lee had traveled to New York in August to study acting.

random thought: All this web-exhibitionism… not that I’m complaining or anything, I do love facebook and spend an obscene amount of time on it. But it’ll be interesting to see how the “facebook” generation ages. What’ll we do with our fbs when we get to be in our 60s? Will we look back fondly on those fb photo albums and profile pic albums of us in our (preteens,) teens and 20s? or on those slightly incriminating albums of us in not quite sober situations?
Will a gray-haired Yoon Eun hye (or any fber for that matter) still be posting sel-ca photos of herself on cyworld…?
ahah, I can see that Honey and her sister definitely share the same eyes….looking at her sister is like looking at a younger, make-up less version of Honey ^^ wonders of make up i guess…..but Honey defintely got dimples to envy~

So it’s open again? it was closed last year after failing it’s second health inspections in a month. They found rodents there.
I prefer Pinkberry. S is a typical tourist place…overhyped, overcrowded, overpriced.
So is Honey Lee in US now? Or was it taken a few months back? Is she back in Korea? I wanna know. I went to her blog but couldn’t understand Korean writings there.

I didn’t know Serendipity is open again! It’s still one of my fave places despite the long a$$ wait but yeah, not the cleanest place. But it is NYC…home of big fat rats!
