Well, the cast of Boys Before Flowers took its working trip to New Caledonia, an island in the South Pacific, back more than a month ago. That means these newly released photos aren’t exactly new, per se, but they are new to us.
Actor Kim Bum posted them on his mini-homepage on the 16th, and the photos show mostly behind-the-scenes shots of Kim while prepping for scenes on the drama.
The hype over Boys Before Flowers is partly a result of audience reaction to the highly anticipated series, but I also think that the production has been very clever in its promotion. Even the lead-up to the drama’s premiere was timed to carefully build anticipation, and rather than release information all at once, they’ve been slowly but steadily releasing information, here and there, in bits and pieces, so as to keep the public’s appetite whetted for more.
In that regard, I think it’s working pretty well. Even though the drama has already begun, they’re making sure to keep interest high in between episodes, even though I’m pretty sure interest would remain high even without doing anything at all. But who am I to complain?

i saw the extended preview in youtube of the episodes 5 and six, i’m going crazy about it, i can’t wait, lee min ho is ideal for the rol, hes not the most handsome man in the drama, but he is so manly, tall, tal, tall, jajajajaja, and his acting getting better, i love his smile, he looks like a big baby that needs a woman to take care of him, lol, idont know but he remembers me gong yoo!
