   I used to have the SS501 “Because I’m stupid” introduction as my ringtone but the other half reset my iPhone and with it, my ring tone. Argh. Will need to re-do it.

   Oh, I forgot to mention that FreeTempo “immaterial white” is my favourite pick me up song in the morning when going to work. It’s a great work out song, no?

    You can open .rar files on a Mac with programs like UnRarX or The Unarchiver. Try downloading those programs and you should be able to open the folder.

    I’ve always wanted the actual ringtone of Hyun Bin’s phone in MNIKSS. Any chance you can make that happen? I think I can figure out how to get the ringtone to work on my Treo but I’m not sure I have that same capability for the iPhone. Thanks for the uploads.

    Javabeans, you spoil us! You spoil us rotten. It’s getting to the point where I want to yell at my mom something along the lines of, “You are a lousy mother! Look how wonderful Javabeans is to her K-drama kids! Why can’t you be more like her?” (it would be payback for all those years she yelled, “Look at your cousin XX! She is a model, doctor, lawyer, singer, mother, and wife! Why can’t you be like her?)

    The ringtone I have had since February of this year is BOF’s “Because I am Stupid” by SS501. It is really beautiful — and every single time people hear it, they ask about it or want it because it’s so mellow and gentle (the opening sequence). It is somewhere on my computer, but if anyone wants it, I could mediafire it for you.

    JB, If you put “you’re beautiful” as the title for an entery outlining the determinental effects of ozone depletion on the planet, We will still flock to it and comment on how amazing the show is. LOL!
    Even the craze that was coffee prince was not as big as this.
    This is the best and the worst week of 2009. Never have I dreaded nor looked forward to something with such anxiety.

    I tried to add ringtones to my phone from my computer last year and after wasting weeks on it, I finally gave up. But after seeing the YB ringtones I knew I just HAD to put them on my phone. I went online and found this program that hacks my phone and puts ringtones on it, and it took like 15mins! Now I can put as many ringtones as I want in my phone.

    Javabeans, I find it amusing that you use the SOM guitar riff as your alarm clock b/c I do too! I’d made a cut of that a long time ago and now it wakes me up every morning. =) I also made a cut of one of the other SOM intros and use that as my ringtone. Don’t remember the song though…

    i used to get my husband to do it but he’s not as free lately & my hp has RMMC so whatever song in it will be my ringtone (unless my kids change it to one of their voice recording), currently I’m stucked with SuJu’s Sorry Sorry – i know, so dated

    but for the longest time, Goong’s theme song was my ring tone and I got it from you as well (thanks again)

    Thanks JB! When I saw the rington for BBF, the first thought was : no way would anyone wants it blasting from their phones at will. Then I saw your comments. How true!

    I’m currently using Joo Ji-hoon’s solo from Naked Kitchen as my ring tone. Its ok since I move around people who do not watch Korean shows. However, I was in a Korean restaurant one day and yes, it went off and you can imagine how quick I was to grab the phone to shush it.

    Thanks for the ringtones, javabeans! I have Lee HongGi’s Such Good Words song from episode 14 stuck in my head. I was thinking that they should have included it on the OST 2… but then again, it wouldn’t have the same effect if he wasn’t crying at the same time.

    The thing that amazed me is JSG and PSY voice! I never thought he the one who sing that songs!! Mayvbe that songs is another pop songs but I amazed how he can sings!

    And our lil angel PSH; I have heard she sing at ep 1 and 7, So, ep 1 like ok I read it here that she sing it by herself and it was an angelic and beaaaaautiful voice a rare for an actress to have. Usually people just dubbed when it comes to a drama about a story of people who is/can sing. But later in episode 7, she sang too! What another beautiful voice! and last but not least, my fav OST the SUNSHINE!!

    I love, love that song. I always thought, who sang this song? Never in my mind – a slightest- thought that she was the one.

    How could she sang SO MANY different tones of voices and music! Aren’t she simply amazing and brilliant in singing. MUCH MUCH better that many of those so called idol-girls group out there. Not that I want her to be a singer, I rather she acting since I can’t stand if people don’t appreciate her talents the way it should deserved.

    I thought Goo Hye Sun can sing but PHY amaze me TRILLION times more! ^^

    i didn’t know Goong has the same music PD with RoI… they have such great music… and how could i forget all the fabulous music from CP…
    the Strongest Chilwoo OST, WOW!!! i never watched SC, so i didn’t know the soundtracks, the song is awesome (imagining Eric in cowboy costume fighting corrupt joseon officials, lol)
    from march this year i’ve been using SJ’s Sorry Sorry ringtone on my phone, not the actual song though, it’s the teaser i used, coz the actual song is like you said (as i quote) “Sometimes you might not want a highly recognizable (or potentially embarrassing) ringtone to give you away in public”. and i love the teaser so much, i used it as my ringtone, and if i picked the phone quick enough, nobody would’ve guessed it’s a korean song , LOL…
    one friend of mine has a child who like Spongebob so much, his ringtone is the opening song of Spongebob, LOL

     I’ve been using the same ring tone – Like you – from OST what’s up fox since that drama airs. I really love that song, so much so I’ve had never paid attention to newer ring tones. Well, until now that is. Thank You “berry berry” much ^^

     I always make ringtones out of OST songs too, and i’ve got like 5 YAB ringtones already! (I made lotsa Coffee Prince ringtones too the last time!) Nevertheless, i’m gonna save all of yours. These are so precious. Kamsa hamnida!

     I totally agree about GOONG having one of the best soundtracks around. The melody fits the scenes so well especially the one where SHIN ADMITTED THAT HE LIKES CHAE-GYUNG, the music really brought out the sadness in Hyo-rin.

     For those of you withi iPhones, last time I did this, this was how you got the ringtones on your iPhone. First of all, if you have by any chance downloaded the songs from iTunes at all, check the ringtone box and iTunes will make it for you (this is how an SS501 song got on my niece’s phone, but I digress!).

     The trick is to take a ringtone clip that is an m4a extension and simply rename it m4r. Then import that into iTunes, then sync the phone and viola! There you have it.

     If you have the song in iTunes already, no ringtone download, but it is not from iTunes, you have few more steps – you are in for some work. Listen to the song, pick the start and stop times for the clip. Right click the song, hit get info, then options, then put in the start and stop times, Click OK. Now, Right click it again – Convert to AAC – wait for it to convert. Now delete the song BUT use the KEEP the file option. Now, go find it, rename it to m4r, then if you double click it it should go back into your iTunes directory.

     If you need more handholding there is a tutorial for iTunes 8 on intoMobile.com. It worked in 9 last time I tried it.

     Now, should your iPhone EVER need service – kindly remember to delete all non-Apple ringtones, music and such. Apple’s service department tends to get a bit snappy about workarounds. So, as always, reset to factory if possible before going in.

     And yes it is VERY ironic that I can hack Apple stuff easily, but needed cingdoc daughter’s help to get the ringtones on my own Verizon phone! My phone is now happily doing Shinee’s Ring Ding Dong – I’m easily amused.

     whoa ! these are great .
     im just wondering , it’s like you’re all anti-BOF

     though it didn’t go with the story of the manga well, it still gave a twist in the story .
     the storyline is really great . they just rushed it so bad that the supposed to be a season became 2 episodes.

     it’s as if you’ve enjoyed watching it before and now you’re already criticizing it because you’ve seen a better drama .

     after all , it still gave justice in the manga.
