Cute. Kim Kang-woo (Story of a Man) and Jo Yeo-jung (I Need Romance) play the titular sweethearts of Haeundae Lovers, KBS’s upcoming Monday-Tuesday series, and in the drama’s first stills, they’re already looking cozy and crackling with chemistry. Maybe Jo Yeo-jung’s just the kind of actress who sparks with all her co-stars, like Yoon Eun-hye or Kim Sun-ah.
Haeundae Lovers is shooting entirely on location in Haeundae, Busan, which is where these photos from the poster shoot come from. I’m going to guess this scene takes place after elite prosecutor Kim Kang-woo loses his memory, ’cause it sounds like there’s no way his pre-amnesia personality would shack up with a gangster’s daughter. It’s kind of a conveniently perfect opposites-attract conflict… but who said that was a bad thing? Amnesia that brings people together (instead of tearing them apart with so much aaaaangst) = basically my favorite use of amnesia, always.
So far, it looks like there’s plenty of rom up in this sucker; I’m just hoping for an equally strong com element. Haeundae Lovers follows Big, premiering on August 6.

Han Chae Young seems to have gotten them done recently she wasn’t so busty back in ’05 but Son Ye Jin is totally natural….the only thing I worry about is that considering how tiny their waists are, the disproportion can lead to some major back problems in like 5-10 years

Han Chae Young was um…big? even back in the Delightful Girl days. I think her um….bigness? is natural. I remember yelling “Holy cow!” when I first caught sight of her um….God-given gifts after she shed the uniform halfway through the show. This was confirmed in BOF when she wore the slinky black sequinned evening dress, the perfect foil to Jandi’s ostrich-feathered pink horror. And I have to add Seo Woo to the list of um….outstanding standouts. Every time she appeared on screen in Tamra I would go “Whoa!” And when she donned her “swimsuit” for the deep sea diving competition, it fair took my breath away.

Not implants I think. I’d actually say the culprit was a bad bra as opposed to a good one. A properly fitted bra actually would proportion her correctly so they wouldn’t seem so out of place (though not really all that bad here), even if they are. From the side views (and especially the angled one) I think they used photoshop to hide some mega quad-boob thanks to putting her in a bra that was too small in the cups. Probably because they couldn’t use the other popular method of doubling up bras since it’s harder to do it with strapless bras.
yeah…it’s a possibility. I’ve seen her b***s before in her previous roles, and as far as I remember, they were just normal size…I think whatever was done was to make it look emm…is ‘bouncy’ the right word…so it’s not the size, it’s how they appear; hence the possibility of bra, surgery or photoshop…phew…why was this necessary anyway? It’s not even Sports Illustrated cover….it’s a drama NOT about B***s….if I were her, I’d have a thing or two to say about this whole thing…unless I like the exploitation…
It could be she was in proper fitting bras for the actual dramas. An ill-fitting bra is friggin’ painful after more than an hour or two. Not to mention her clothing wouldn’t disguise a bad bra. So I’m not so sure on surgery since bad bra and photoshop can accomplish all this. Photoshop could actually augment her too. It’s funny. I actually find the posters really cute, but the bra outline is just so damn distracting because it’s showing off a bad bra fitting. I would’ve maybe ignored the barely concealed quad-boob, but not in combo with the bra. I think she doesn’t have a say as she accepted the contract. I’m not sure about explotive as more of a bad photoshop/costume job since the job of the poster was to showcase their relationship in the drama, not focus on her breasts.
If you’ve seen her other pictures from award shows or magazines or whatever (google it). You’ll notice that she has naturally big chest.

Its not small waist and she isn’t stick skinny. If you look closely in the first picture, you’ll see photoshop to the rescue. Her body above her arm is not aligned with her body under her arm. I guess if the actress isn’t skinny enough, make her hella skinny with photoshop.

Those pictures shoved Haeundae lovers into my must-watch list! I like how she isn’t much shorter than him so they can look each other better in the face. A lot of dramas tend to like to keep a certain height difference between the hero and theroine.
