I actually have a theory that they keep putting Lee Min Ho in ugly tops to make sure that the audience spends their time mentally undressing him. Not that I personally need any help with that but you know, some of us might need the extra incentive :p

Joen Ji Hyun is overplaying it as usual and there's no chemistry there....yea its best to keep our fingers crossed.

Here they come, they really want this drama to fail but since the teasers are OK then you hear something like...am I the only one who thinks lmh looks like ahjumma or jjh plays the same sassy role tired of seeing her or lmh can't act just pretty face...maybe you forgot but this drama first released a melodramatic teaser and both look convincing but now they release the comedy part...it now jjh plays the same sassy role let the drama start before judging it

Oh and lmh is the linkest link since he cannot act common is only heirs he acted in and it wasn't his fault but the writer ...my point is let this drama air few episode then let the criticism begin

Cheon Song Yi is one of my favorite female characters in KDramaland, along with Jung Soo Young, Sung Shi Won and Kim Sam Soon. I do feel attracted to this drama, and I hoped Lee Minho can slay his con artist charisma, because so far I am not amazed by his performance in The Heirs, let alone Boys Over Flowers. Peace.

i think we're going to get much of the same mix of lighthearted comedy and romance/melo like you who came from the stars, and i'm not complaining. that stuff was right up my alley.

the underwater shots look so, so pretty to the point where my heart aches. i've always loved, loved the ocean. when i was little i so badly wanted to become a mermaid. even still, if i had to come back in a next life as a non-human, and i could pick, i'd come back as an ocean animal so i could live in the sea.

I'm a bit disappointed that Jun Ji Hyun is playing almost the same role as YWCFTS. For me she's the best actress along current Hallyu queens and her range is so much broader than 'lovable eccentric pretty girl'.

It's good to see JJH's playing that quirky character again. She's definitely suited for that kind of role. Her hilarious violence plus LMH's seemingly aggravated behavior would probably bring a blast.

I love everything about this drama already! The visuals in the teaser were breathtaking and the trailer has the same beauty & delicacy. The scenery & the actors couldnt look better; also kudos to the costume dept (Lee Min Ho looks dreamy in those clothes) The story also seems really interesting, a mix between comedy and drama. In the teaser, we got to see the romantic and tragic tone of the story, and now, the funny side just hooked me over.
It looks like our mermaid is pretty & badass, and I love that combination. Im glad Lee Min Ho will finally have a woman to stand by his side in her own two feet. I cant wait to see him as the charismatic and chamaleonic con man who has to deal with that messy and cute intruder.
As always, there are some haters, but their arguments are so baseless that there is no point to argue with them. The first episode hasnt aired yet and they already know "the chemistry is bad, JJH is playing the same rol as in MLFTS, the drama will be a flop because LMH cant act and blah blah blah"
Seriously... They are so lame its no worth replying.
For now, all I can say its that the promotion is a success and I cant wait to see Legend of the Blue Sea!

I love how the staff is going about promoting the drama. I am quite excited, and I can't wait to see how the chemistry between these 2 translate on screen.

I haven't been excited for a drama since I can't remember, so I hope it ends up being good.
