Hello Beanies!

So I’ll be taking on the next big step (seriously I have to travel for 15 hrs!) in my life, 2 days from now: UNIVERSITY!

Obviously I’m nervous and super jittery with excitement but I’m also sad because the intense coursework that I’ll be getting will mean I’ll have to drastically reduce my drama binge watching in order to increase my focus. This means I won’t be on DB that much apart from lurking here and there, bubbling with envy at all the amazing new dramas that are coming out.

I’ll have to part ways with the beanie community for a while but I’ll still be contently gluing my eyes onto my screen on the look out for my next fav drama. ^_^

2017 was a slump year for me and I barely watched 5 dramas unlike my usual 40-45. 2018 however, marked the beginning of coming out from under the rock and making a account on DB and meeting all of ya’ll amazing people (and weird bots 😂) whilst fangirling and branching out to other genres instead of just rom-coms.

As a (maybe) goodbye I’ve decided to make a rating chart of every kdrama I’ve watched this year (because I have no life atm 😂)! Most of the dramas are from 2017 because I missed out on a lot last year because of my slump and rom-com fatigue. I also started and loved dramas from other genres. Genres I wouldn’t have touched before eg.dark thrillers but got hooked on because of other beanies.

    Awwww, but good luck and have fun ~ being a Uni student – I’m sure there is something fun you will find there.

    I am amazed at you travel list watch. This scaredy cat 😹 definitely wont watch The Guest during a trip esp if she stayed in an old boarding guesthouse

    Dramas were a great way to relieve the stress when I was in UNI a few years back. Studying is one thing, but make sure to save some time for yourself too!

    Congratulations!! Uni is a great experience. Do enjoy all it has to offer. DB community will always be here whenever you need a down time from the busyness of Uni-life, or when you need to dump your worries and frustrations, or if you need advice etc etc. etc. (As a certain King of yore used to say) 🤣
