This year’s attempt at Christmas log cake failed – it was supposed to be a vertical, not horizontal cut. Either I didn’t do the maths when I read the recipe or maybe I just needed a video to show how it’s done. Hope it tastes better than it looks.

The best part about mom;s cooking is that its really healthy. She never puts too much oil
