I have been one of the ones saying that Dan-yi isnt a Mary Sue and that I relate to her and blah blah blah. And to that I say: screw that noise.
a 200% raise and her dream job? After walking out on her crappy job because of “principles”? Its easy to walk out on principles when you live with your rich af boyfriend who will happily support you while you look for something new.
I’ve been living that candy life. Where, exactly (like I need coordinates and such) is my rich af boyfriend who will support me so that I can quit my crappy job based on principles. Only to walk into a dream job with a 200% raise.
And, where tf is her daughter? Is she going to make an appearance at the wedding? When Dan-yi and Eun-ho discover that they are pregnant?
Like. Boo to you drama.

That scene bothered me to. I knew (we all did) that she would win the competition. But her walking out when her co-worker needs the job. Also, I kind of didnt like the literary snobbery when they were talking of the light short novels.
But I did like that she negotiated for a bigger salary even knowing she was unemployed.

I dont begrudge her the pay raise or the job its just….like everyone was saying from the beginning the Mary Sueness of it all
