I’m depressed, feeling sad with lower confidence these days. Any suggestion to get out from this?

    second if you feel depressed and low on confidence find a good listener with whom you can unload all your pains, issues and sufferings… make sure they don’t judge you for any of your sharings…

    at the same time we all are here to listen, to give you a virtual hug and some nice words to make you feel better.
    so you can share it all here for now and then look for a good Psychologist.

    talking to a friend always helps. go out and have a cup of coffee with a friend who can lend an ear. πŸ™‚ there need not be any solution to thoughts that are bothering you… but it truly helps to voice them out.

    I recommend starting something new, a sport or a hobby so you can have some short-term achievements… we’ve all been there and this just happens to everyone!! Fighting my friend ✊✊✊

    When I’m feeling depressed or anxious, I like to talk a walk, look at the trees, remember there’s not just me in the universe.

    I’ve struggled with this a lot too, and it’s hard to do anything, because you feel you’re not worth it. It’s a tough place to be, and I understand if you feel more like talking to strangers than someone who knows you. I’m not sure where you are in the world, but there are help lines you can call to just talk to someone confidentially, and online resources.

    I recommend doing volunteer work!

    I went through an awful depression a few years ago and just doing a few hours of volunteer work on the weekend helped me feel a lot better
