Lots to look forward to although it looks like I will be reading the weecaps or original webtoons as a lot don’t seem to be available in my area🥺

Is it me but do they have too many variations on the uniform in the Seasons of Blossoms poster?

Haha yes they do don’t they! I guess the costume department felt the uniforms were too limiting, gotta reflect the character’s personality somehow!

Exactly what I said! What kind of school allows such drastic variations of their uniforms?

1. My dislike of Song Hye-gyo’s acting aside, this is the kind of female co-leads/casting I’ve always wanted to see. This is the type of rising star + veteran actor team-up that happens often amongst male actors, but rarely for women. It’s good to see something different.

2. It still blows my mind that the Song Kang-ho is doing a kdrama. The landscape of this industry is truly changing.

3. Anything by the writer of D.P is worth looking out for.

4. Genuinely really liking all the promo shots for this drama. I’m still a little uncertain about the drama - and the lead actresses - but the posters have been nice.

5. September 12? Man, time flies. It still feels like I just heard casting for this drama.

6. Jang Geun-seok in a drama? Now that’s news. I legit cannot remember the last time he was acting in something (minus the Hwayugi cameo). But Coupang Play…

7. Why are all their uniforms so radically different when they’re supposed to be students from the same school? I know it’s a fictional school, but c’mon. At least try to pass the smell test. Also, So Joo-yeon is getting typecast as a high-schooler, she should try something different.

Ever since Choi Minsik ventured into dramaland, I've been wondering when it is Song Kangho's turn, and now looks like his time has come.

Wonder if this heralds a shift in K-ent of prestige actors going from film to TV, the same way the shift has been happening in Hollywood over the last decade.

Oh my gosh, Song Kangaroo Ho … one moment while I smh/laugh that Kang just autocorrected to Kangaroo (with a capital K) … that Song KANG Ho will do a drama and it’s name is Uncle Sam Shik 😆 and it’s in the post-war 60s. This could be greatness, wonder who the other actor will be?
