I loved it plot holes and all! Probably cause I love to see D.O. tear it up with his martial arts/fighting skills! He is so mild mannered when with his group EXO (usually) but boy can he FIGHT! ok, the story was ok for me and I liked his co-actors. It was worth it!

I will admit that some of the decisions he made were questionable and being bad does not guarantee that kind of behavior but if you look at it as a fun ride with D.O. it is enjoyable.

Bad Prosecutor is most enjoyable if you go in expecting it to be what it is: an action movie. If you like action movies because you enjoy the action itself, seeing good guys triumph over bad guys, and elaborate plots going in both directions, you will like this also. Still not sure? Watch the first 15 minutes of the first episode. It does a really accurate job of setting the tone for the entire rest of the drama, so if you’re into that, you’ll be into the rest of it too.

I really enjoyed this drama because I really enjoy those things, and I’m a Doh Kyung-soo fan. I’ll be the first to admit that it’s not a complex storyline nor does it have particularly complex characters. But in the long string of legal dramas that came out this year, this one felt refreshingly different. It’s fun to see DO, who I associate with a killer poker face, playing someone who skips through so many facial expressions in moments. Also, there is only one courtroom scene, which to me felt more satisfying because they hadn’t worn me out with scenes like that in previous episodes.

If a prosecutor actually behaved in real life the way Jin Jeong behaves in this drama, I would be appalled. But if you’re able to suspend your disbelief, and take it for what it is, this drama is a really fun ride, full of interesting action choreography, cool parkour skills, and more actual swordfights than I’ve ever seen in a non-sageuk. And if nothing else? DO's eyebrows are as amazing as ever.
